At LAMOUR Beauty & Life, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns of unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact our customer concierge team with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Safely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all seals are intact, and include the RMA form inside the box.

  Ship It Back

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
